(d) Once payment is received Bright Jewellery will notify you by email to the email address provided, including details of the order number and total price charged.
(e) Acceptance by us of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us and these terms cannot be modified by you, whether in writing or otherwise.
(f) Should an error in pricing of goods or delivery appear on the website, we are entitled not to accept your order under those terms. You will be contacted through your email address and informed of the amended price and asked if you wish to continue with the order based on the amended price.
5. Availability
(a) Should there be insufficient stock to fulfil your order you will be notified by email informing you of the anticipated date when said order can be fulfilled
(b) Should the delay be unacceptable to you, the order will be cancelled and any monies paid refunded.

(A) Within the UK and EU
a. We will post the goods to the you at the address given at the time you place the order.
b. Dispatch will be made as soon as possible after payment received. You will receive notification by email.
c. Delivery times as quoted on the website are for guidance only. Delivery may take longer for reasons outside our control.
d. You will become the owner of the goods at the time of dispatch.

b. If ordering outside the UK or EU please note that Customs duties may be applicable and these are your responsibility.
8. Liability
(a) If the goods are damaged or not what you ordered we are liable only if this is reported immediately, and in any event within 7 days of receipt, in writing and then returned to us.
(b) We are not responsible for goods not delivered by Royal Mail. Please note that Royal Mail will refund such purchases that are lost when the correct procedures are followed up to a certain limit. We will of course forward any proof of postage required
